By accessing or using advancedvc.help ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by a sole proprietor in the United States ("we", "us", or "our").
AdvancedVC.help is a subscription-based SaaS platform providing SAP Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) training content and an AI-powered assistant for SAP consultants. The platform includes structured course modules, an AI chatbot (the Learning Agent), the Code Build syntax workspace, and the optional AVC Assistant browser extension.
Current subscription plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page. Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date. All prices are in USD.
We offer a 3-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 3 days of your subscription, contact us at support@advancedvc.help for a full refund. After 3 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 3 days.
Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Stripe's processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) is not returned to us on refunds.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@advancedvc.help. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

All course content, including the 11 SAP AVC training modules, is the intellectual property of AdvancedVC.help. This content is derived from 20+ years of real-world consulting experience and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
The AI assistant responses are generated dynamically and do not constitute professional SAP consulting advice. Always verify critical configuration decisions with a qualified SAP consultant.
Optional beta. The AVC Assistant is an optional browser extension for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. It is offered as a beta and may change or be withdrawn at any time. It may in future require a separate paid add-on; you will be told before any charge applies. You must accept these Terms in your account before you can connect the extension.
Your responsibility to get permission. You are solely responsible for making sure you are allowed to install and use the extension, including by your employer, your clients, and whoever operates the computer, virtual desktop (for example Amazon WorkSpaces, Amazon AppStream or Citrix) and SAP systems you use it with. You must follow their IT and security policies, confidentiality agreements, and contracts.
You control what is shared. The extension sends content to us only when you ask a question: the text of your screen, highlighted text, code, or class data. Before you send anything, you are responsible for deciding whether you are permitted to share it with us and our AI providers. You must not use the extension to send:
Read-only; you apply any changes. The extension never changes anything in SAP. Any code or fix you copy into SAP is your decision and your responsibility. Test it in a non-production system first.
No liability for shared data. In addition to Sections 9 and 10, we are not responsible for any loss, breach of contract, breach of confidentiality, regulatory penalty, or claim by your employer or client that results from your decision to install the extension or to share content through it.
Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims by your employer, your clients, or other third parties arising from your use of the extension in breach of these Terms or of your obligations to them.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI assistant will produce perfectly accurate results for every SAP AVC scenario. SAP systems and configurations vary — always test in a non-production environment.
We are not responsible for any system outages, data loss, misconfigurations, or production issues arising from applying course content, AI assistant responses, Code Build output, or AVC Assistant suggestions to your SAP environment. Always validate in a non-production system and consult your internal architects and official SAP documentation before making configuration changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdvancedVC.help shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
