By accessing or using advancedvc.help ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by a sole proprietor in the United States ("we", "us", or "our").
AdvancedVC.help is a subscription-based SaaS platform providing SAP Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) training content and an AI-powered assistant for SAP consultants. The platform includes structured course modules, an AI chatbot, and a Canvas syntax workbench tool.
Current subscription plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page. Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date. All prices are in USD.
We offer a 3-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 3 days of your subscription, contact us at support@advancedvc.help for a full refund. After 3 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 3 days.
Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Stripe's processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) is not returned to us on refunds.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@advancedvc.help. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

All course content, including the 11 SAP AVC training modules, is the intellectual property of AdvancedVC.help. This content is derived from 20+ years of real-world consulting experience and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
The AI assistant responses are generated dynamically and do not constitute professional SAP consulting advice. Always verify critical configuration decisions with a qualified SAP consultant.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI assistant will produce perfectly accurate results for every SAP AVC scenario. SAP systems and configurations vary — always test in a non-production environment.
We are not responsible for any system outages, data loss, misconfigurations, or production issues arising from applying course content, AI assistant responses, or syntax workbench output to your SAP environment. Always validate in a non-production system and consult your internal architects and official SAP documentation before making configuration changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdvancedVC.help shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
