Payment information: Payment details (credit card number, billing address) are collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Usage data: We may collect information about how you interact with the platform, including questions submitted to the AI assistant and Canvas session activity.

Communications: If you contact us via the support form, we collect your name, email address, and message content.

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. Canvas session data stored in Upstash Redis expires automatically after a short period. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal or financial record-keeping obligations.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication (Clerk), and we do not store payment card details on our servers. All secrets and API keys are stored in environment variables, never in source code.
